You can evaluate just about any piece with Unvault - gold (10K to 24K), silver, or platinum. Whether it’s a ring, necklace, bracelet, or earrings, even if it has diamonds or other stones, we’ve got you covered.

Is my jewelry information secure?

Absolutely. Your jewelry info is private and protected. We only use your photos to help you track and value your pieces and never share or sell your data. You’re always in control.

How does Unvault determine my jewelry’s value?

We review your photos to estimate weight, purity, and gemstones, then apply live gold prices and expert review for an accurate valuation.

Is the valuation my final offer, and are there any fees?

The valuation is our offer to buy, assuming details match when we receive your jewelry. There are no fees or deductions — shipping and insurance are included.

How do I ship my jewelry to Unvault?

We provide a free insured shipping label. Pack your item securely and drop it off at the carrier. When your package arrives, we record the unboxing on video and upload it to your profile for full transparency.

Can the value change after you see the item in person?

We test your jewelry on video so you can see the process. The value only changes if weight, purity, or stones differ from the photos, and we confirm with you before moving forward.

What if I change my mind after sending it in?

If you decide not to sell, we ship your jewelry back free of charge — and you can watch the video of our unboxing and testing for peace of mind.

How and when will I get paid?

We process payouts within 1–2 business days after verification. Choose cash (direct deposit or check) or higher-value store credit.
